Enjoy fresh, local ingredients from the CitySeed Downtown Farmers’ Market and local, sustainable farms each week when we create a new Market Menu based on what produce, meats, cheeses, honey and herbs are available, fresh and inspiring. The Market Menu will be making its grand entrance at  ZINC on June 17, 2009. The Market Menu will be available Wednesdays through Saturdays until the beginning of November, 2009.
